Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions are to be signed at the time of booking which will be sent to you via email.

  1. A deposit of 20% of the confirmed price of hire is required to secure your booking. The deposit is non-refundable.If the deposit is not received within 5 business days after the Terms and Conditions have been signed, Inflatabooth has the right to cancel all prior bookings.
     

  2. For cancellation of the Inflatabooth service, 48 hours' notice must be received before the time and date of your confirmed event. Failure to provide the 48 hours' of notice, a payment of 50% of the confirmed hire price, less deposit, will be required.
     

  3. Additional travel costs may be charged for event locations 30km outside of the Perth metropolitan area.
     

  4. Payment of the hire, less the deposit, is required on the day of hire via EFTPOS/PayPal or an invoive will be sent the day after hire. The invoice will require payment within 10 business days.
     

  5. Inflatabooth is to be treated with care. Responsibility is to be taken by the client for any severe damages to the booth, including, punctures to the booth walls, damaged or lost props, and breaking of the camera, computer or printer. If any of these events occur, an additional cost will be required to cover the recovery of equipment.
     

  6. Delivery, set up and removal of Inflatabooth are free of additional charges. The time taken to deliver, set up and remove the Photo Booth will be outside of the period of hire. A trained photo booth attendant will remain at your event at all times to ensure the service runs smoothly.
     

  7. An Inflatabooth booth attendant must be present at events held at licensed venues.This may incur additional charges to packages that don't include booth attendants.
     

  8. A minimum space of 3m x 3m x 3m is required for Inflatabooth; 3m x 3m x 2.5m for the Inflatawall; and 1.5m – 2.5m for the Open- style photo booth. 
     

  9. You must ensure access to power within 5m-10m for equipment. If the event is situated outdoors, an undercover or sheltered area must be used in the event of poor weather conditions.
     

  10. Wedding packages may incur additional charges for your choice of five booth photo prints larger than 5" x  8".
     

  11. Consent for your images is required to be used by and for Inflatabooth, in perpetuity, for the purposes of promotion and communicated to the public through various social media platforms. There is an understanding that Inflatabooth will not use the images in an inappropriate manner. However, Inflatabooth will respect your request if you do not wish to share your images on social media platforms.
